- Refunds to Event Manager are generally not provided for our subscription services. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- You have subscribed to our services but have not utilized any part of the service within 7 days from the date of activation (e.g., no event has been created).
- You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.
- Refunds to Customers are generally not provided for our subscription services. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Unless, until, or otherwise the customer has met the refund criteria mentioned by the Event Manager for a specified event (e.g., Event cancelled by Event Manager due to unforeseen conditions).
- You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.
3. Refund Process
- For Event Manager: To request a refund, please contact our accounts team at <Cancellation Email Address>.
- Please provide your subscription details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
- If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 3 business days of acceptance. Please note that the actual receipt of the refund may be subject to bank clearance by your concerned bank.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered, including but not limited to website creation or hosting services.
- If you have violated our Terms of Use, or if your account has been suspended or terminated due to unauthorized activities, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
